Ronald Lee Smith, age 32 of McDonough was born on February 16, 1989 and passed away on  December 30, 2021. He is survived by: Mama: Dianna Thomas, "lovingly referred to as Mum," step-father: Stephen Thomas,  Ron Smith, "daddy" and  Dee Smith, "best nana" of Blairsville, brother: Corey (Kayla) Beisel of McDonough,  aunts and uncles:  Bo (Laura) Smith and Joey (Dana) Willingham of AL., Paul Beisel, lovingly known as "Pepsi Man" of AL., Nick Beisel of AL. and special friend - Cherry Sweatman of McDonough, cousins and extended family members. Lee was employed at Camelot Eden Healthcare since 2004 as CFO, graduated from Peoples Baptist Academy in 2007. He attended Georgia State and graduated from University of Phoenix with a Bachelors Degree in Business. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior and was baptized in 1995. Lee will be greatly missed by his family and friends, but his memory will live on forever in our hearts. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Graceway Church, 700 Upper Woolsey Road, Hampton, GA 30228 with Pastor Chuck Holt officiating.
