Mrs. Rosalee A. Satkowiak, age 77 of Jonesboro passed away February 7, 2017. Mrs. Satkowiak was a member of St Philip Benizi Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her son: Tracy Satkowiak, parents: Glenn E. and Josephine Peters, siblings, Richard Peters, Maryann Simpson and Glen Peters. Surviving are her husband: Gordon F. Satkowiak, daughters: Ida "Roxanne" Gum and husband Darrell of McKinney, TX., Teresa Satkowiak and companion Scott Morris of Nashville, IN., Tammy Deardorff of Atlanta, son: John Satkowiak of Stockbridge, sister-in-law: Patricia Peters, and 9 grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, February 10, 2017, at St Philip Benizi Catholic Church with Father Paul Miskiewicz, OFM Conv. officiating. Entombment will be at 11:30 am on Monday, February 13, 2017 at Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, GA. The family will receive friends Thursday, February 9, 2017, 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
