Mrs. Sara Joann Amy, age 86 of Jonesboro passed away October 22, 2020. Mrs. Amy was a member at First Baptist Church Jonesboro, where she sang in the choir and was a part of the living Christmas tree. She was also a Pink Lady at Henry General for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband: Harvey E. Amy. She is survived by her son: Ted (Gina) Amy of Jonesboro; 2 grandsons: Casey Amy and Andrew Amy. A private graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens with Pastor Rick Statham officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Creekside Christian Academy, www.creeksidechristian.academy in memory of Mrs. Sara Amy.
