Mrs. Sara Smith Burke, age 81 of Laurel, MS passed away March 28, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clinton S. and Lunie Clyde Davis Duffey, husband, James Smith, son, James Cecil Smith, and sister Carolyn Tomlin. She is survived by her sons, John D. Smith and James "Chris" Smith and wife Pat of Laurel, MS., granddaughters, Hillary Scott and husband Andy, and Autumn Herrington of Laurel, MS, great-grandchildren, Joel Scott, Jacob Scott, Olivia Scott and Taylor Herrington all of Laurel, and a brother, Troy Duffy of GA. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 2, 2015, 2 p.m. at Noah's Ark Church with Rev. Andy Scott officiating. Interment will follow in Noah's Ark Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday, April 2, 2015, 12-2 p.m. at the Church.
