Mrs. Shirley Ann Blackstock, age 68, of Ellenwood passed away November 1, 2014. Surviving are her husband, Sam Blackstock, daughters, Donna Cummings of Jasper, Denise Earls of Tifton, and Samantha Patton of Ellijay, grandchildren, Amanda White and Joshua Turman both of Jasper, Elizabeth Earls and Cameron Earls both of Tifton, and Ashlyn Patton of Ellijay, and great-grandchild, Isaiah Turman of Jasper. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 4, 2014, 1 p.m. at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Mr. John Burnette officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 4, 2014, 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
