Shirley Ann Kiney, age 85 of Jackson, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 14, 2025.

Born on March 8, 1940 in Georgia, Shirley was the beloved daughter of the late Winnie Lou Walton and Gordon H. Beam. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Janet Denise Nolen, and her siblings, Helen Ford, Ellen Register and Horace Beam.

Shirley is survived by her loving daughter, Deborah Ann Kelley and fiancé Lloyd Kelley of McDonough; her brother, Rev. Bobby Beam; and her cherished grandchildren, Carrie (Phil) Parson and Clint (Amanda) Latham. She was a proud great-grandmother to Chase Latham (Teresa Woods) Cheyenne (Adam) Young, and Kyle Latham, and a doting great-great grandmother to Craig Roman Latham. Shirley also leaves behind many devoted nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends who will remember her with love and admiration.

A Funeral Service to honor Shirley's life will be held on Thursday, July 17, at 1:00 PM at Ford-Stewart Funeral Home, located at 2047 Hwy 138 SE, Jonesboro, Georgia 30236. The family will receive friends beginning at 12:00 PM, one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens, where Shirley will be laid to rest.
