Mr. Stanley Vernon Savage, age 61, of Jonesboro, passed away, April 26, 2014.  He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sonia Savage Cook.  He is survived by his wife, Judy; step-children, Tassie Bagley, Marti Lockhart and Kathy Parrott, grandchild, Austin Lee Cook; step-grandchildren, Dakota Brown, Nathan Brown, Ashley Beck, David Beck, Brittany Beck and Linda Bryant.  Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, May 1, 2014 in the chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. Entombment will be at Sherwood Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 from 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
