Mr. Steven F. Hendry, age 68 of Hampton passed away April 16, 2026.

Mr. Hendry was retired from U. P. S. as a Mechanic and was employed by Clayton County Refuse Control. He was a Member of the LeRoy Duncan Lodge #262 and the Montgomery Lodge #31 in Zebulon. He was preceded in death by his son: Brandon Lane Hendry, parents: Carlton and Margie (Craft) Hendry and brother: Roger Hendry.

He is survived by his wife: Janet Crow-Hendry, daughter: Amanda Brock of Molena, son: Stuart Andrew (Stephanie) Hendry of Molena, brother: Ed Hendry of Hampton, sister: Karen (Bruce) Thompson of McDonough, granddaughter: Kiya Jayde Brock.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 P.M. Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Rev. Jason McDaniel officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 6 P.M. – 8 P.M. Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at the funeral home
