Mrs. Thelma T. Kelsic, age 77, of Jonesboro, passed away, October 1, 2013. She is survived by her children; Renee E. Thompson of Jonesboro, Michael A. Mitchner of FL, Joseph Riley of MD; sister, Theresa A. Cook of MD; 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Ford-Stewart Funeral Home on Saturday, October 5, 2013 from 3-5 PM. Mrs. Kelsic will then be transported to March Funeral Home West, 410-542-2400, in Baltimore, MD for funeral services and interment.
