Mr. Timothy Sanders Floyd, age 68, of Hampton, was born on November 27, 1951 and passed away on November 14, 2020.  He Graduated from Henry High School.  Mr. Floyd began driving tractor trailers at the age of 16 and has worked for the Kroger Company for over 35 years.  He was a member of the Teamsters Union, Hampton Masonic Lodge, and Liberty Hill Baptist Church. He loved to travel and to spend time with his wife and grand angels.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Sanders and Dorothy Floyd.  He is survived by his wife, Denise; children, Donnie (Kelli) Floyd of Hampton, LeeAnn (Jamaal) Cloud-Hicks of Ivey, Benjamin (Erin) Floyd of Hampton, Brandon Childress of Hawaii, Rachel (Matt) Hardin of Griffin, Sid (Jisoo) Beck of Alaska; grandchildren, Jolee Drew of Ivey, Nicolas Floyd of Hampton, Jaden Hicks of Ivey,  Kai Beck of Alaska, Aubrey Hardin of Griffin, Regan Floyd of Hampton, Allison Hardin of Griffin, Valerie Beck of Alaska,  Alaina Hardin of Griffin, Margaret Floyd of Hampton, adopted grandson, Rowan Crouser; siblings, Sara Ellen (Wayne) Head, Michael (Melanie) Floyd, Jean (Pete) Fransen, Robin (Todd) Trent, Nancy (Robert) Dewberry, adopted sister, Lynn Roy, all of Hampton; extended family, Kerri (Wayne) Perkins, Sheila Popwell and the Childress boys and children and  numerous nieces and  nephews to cherish his memory.  A Funeral Service will be held Sunday, November 22, 2020 at 2 PM at Liberty Hill Baptist Church in Hampton, GA.   Pastor Chris Harris will officiate.   Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the church on Sunday from 11 AM till 2 PM.  Ford-Stewart Funeral Home, Inc., Jonesboro/Stockbridge, 770-210-2700. www.fordstewartfuneralhome.com
