Mr. Tommy Ray Levens, Sr., age 66 of Jackson, GA passed away April 8, 2019. He is survived by his significant other and care giver: Brenda Lee, step-son: Steven Jones (Tracy), grandchildren: Zoe Subia, Christopher Castleberry and Briana Cahoon, Bethany Cahoon and Brittany Faulkner, great-grandchild: Londyn Liegh. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 12, 2019 at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Mr. Greg Prosser officiating. Interment will follow at Camp Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 1 p.m.-2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
