Vecia Vernarelli Ham, age 100, passed away on Sunday, 30 October 2016, on her 100th birthday. Born in Black Diamond, WA, Mrs. Ham was married to John Wesley Ham, Jr., her recently departed husband of 69 years. Survivors include son, John Wesley Ham, III and wife, Pamela of Jonesboro, grandchildren, John William and wife, Allison, Caroline, and James; her daughter, Patricia Townsend and husband, Michael of Blue Ridge. Mrs. Ham is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be private.
