Mrs. Virginia Ann Combs, age 79 of Jonesboro passed away November 26, 2022. Mrs. Combs was a retired Nurse with over 40 years of dedicated Caregiving. Mrs. Combs was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Jonesboro, and was instrumental in the development of the Riley Clinic with First Baptist Church of Jonesboro. She is preceded in death by her husband: Kenneth Robert Combs, Jr., daughters: Elizabeth Thomas Delasante and Laura Thomas and her parents: Artie and Beoria (Sitz) Garner. She is survived by her daughters: Connie Combs Motes and Carol Combs Ashby, son:  Rob Combs and wife Myla Beltran, grandchildren: Daniel Delesante, Samantha Trevino, Abigayle Lawson and Sydney Garrett, great-grandchildren: Jonas Garrett, Jensen Garrett, Jaxson Lawson, Dawson Lawson, Carson Lawson, Evan Addison and Jovanni Trevino, Jr.  Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at the Chapel of First Baptist Church of Jonesboro.  Entombment Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Camp Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends 10:30 a.m. - 11 a.m. Tuesday, prior to the service at the church.
