Mr. Wallace Brown, age 78, of Stockbridge, passed away on September 24, 2014. He retired from A&P Food Stores. He was the youngest and last surviving of 13 children. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Wanda E. Brown. He is survived by his wife, Elsa; children, Kent Brown of FL, Margie (Merv) Shreve of Roopville, Fred (Joy) Brown of Newnan, Michelle (Tim) Tittle of Grantville; step-children, Michael Taylor of Stockbridge, Stephen (Cheryl) Taylor of Newnan, Joan (Charles, Jr.) Taylor of Stockbridge, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, September 27, 2014 in the chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. Dr. Joe Arthur will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11-1 prior to the service. Interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Newnan, GA.
