Mr. Wayne Grady Collins, age 75 of Jonesboro passed away August 9, 2021. Mr. Collins served 20 years in the U. S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents: Willie G. and Eva C. Collins.  He is survived by his wife of over 50 years: Betty Ann Collins, daughters: Deborah Ann (J.D.) Hope of Aiken, SC., Amanda Susan Collins of Charlotte, NC and Katherine Josephine Collins of Alpharetta, son: William Grady Collins of Brookhaven, siblings: Judy Collier, Martha Dawson, Troy (Janet) Collins, David (Linda) Collins, Ken (Phyllis) Collins, and Teresa (Tommy) Sweatman, sister-in-law: Linda (Mike) Boyd, grandchildren: Tyler (Ashley) Hope, Travis Hope, Trevor Hope, Trent Hope, Austin Collins, Justin Collins and William Collins and great-grandchild: Emma Lynn Hope. A Private Memorial Service will be held at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Disabled Veterans of America, www.DAV.org
