Mr. Wayne Michael Cook age 57 of Rex, passed away April 10, 2017. Mr. Cook is survived by wife: Carol Cook; step children: Terri Scott of Rex, and Melissa Penn of McDonough; brother: Carl Cook of Jonesboro; sisters: Elizabeth Graf and husband: Eric of McDonough, and Linda Kasbarian and husband: Jimmy of Maybrook, NY; 6 grandchildren: Ashley Scott, Tracie Scott, Kasey Scott, Roger Scott, Brandy Penn, and Cierra Penn; 2 great grandchildren: Anthony Vaugham, and Wyatt Vaugham; nieces and nephews: Jason, Jessica, Andrew, Dana. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, April 29, 2017 in the Chapel of Ford Stewart Funeral Home with Chaplain Stan Owens officiating.
