Mr. Wesley Mack Justus, Jr., age 87 of Jonesboro, passed away January 5, 2020. Mr. Justus served in the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army.  He was a member of the Kiwanis Club, took many classes at the Senior Center and was a long time member at St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church where he served as a minister to the sick for many years.  He was preceded in death by his daughter and son-in-law: Helene Bertha Earles and David Michael Earles.  He is survived by his wife Luzia Justus; son: Christian Philipp Justus of Jonesboro; grandchildren: Jessica Steele (Alex Legge) and Christopher Earles (Taylor); 5 great grandchildren: Houston Steele, Atticus Steele, Henry Legge, Violet Earles and Mack Earles.  A funeral mass will be held at 1 PM, Tuesday, January 14th, 2020 at St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church with Father Vincent Gluc, OFM Conv. officiating.  Burial will be held at 2 PM, Wednesday, January 15th, 2020 at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.  The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM, Monday, January 13th, 2020 at the funeral home.  Ford-Stewart Funeral Home, Jonesboro/Stockbridge, 770-210-2700. www.fordstewartfuneralhome.com
