Mr. William "Terry" Wright, age 74, of Jonesboro, passed away June 25, 2024. Mr. Wright has been a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Jonesboro for over 40 years. He has been a member of the Plumbers, Pipefitters & HVACR Technicians Union 72 for over 50 years. He was preceded in death by his parents: Thomas A., Jr. and Wynema Wright, and his brother, Allen Wright Jr. Mr. Wright is survived by his loving wife Joan of 52 years, children: William Bryan (Christie) Wright of Jackson and Michael Allen (Jennifer) Wright of Dahlonega. He is also survived by his six grandchildren: Nathanael Wright, Alex Wright, Collin Wright, Elliana Wright, Landon Wright and Vivienne Wright. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Jonesboro. The family will receive friends from 9-11prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at Sherwood Memorial Park in Jonesboro.
